Safesoft Service Transition Model (SafeSTM)

SSi Service Transition Model leverages SSi's on-site, on-shore resource as well as offshore delivery centers across China.

On-site resources
The most critical success factor in utilizing a remote sourcing resource pool is management of the communication channel to and from them. To that end, Safesoft requires the assignment of a resource (typically a Safesoft employee - sometimes, a client employee) to be located at the site of business analysis and ultimate project delivery. This critical resource is responsible for managing the communication channel between the offshore team and the onshore client team. Having this Safesoft professional within the client's physical environment also facilitates an in-depth understanding of the client's business and processes, guarantees accurate knowledge transfer, minimizes information oversights and builds a partnering relationship.

Onshore resources
The onsite Safesoft team is supported by a team of local architects and project management personnel. These Safesoft professionals are nearby the client and provide support during system planning, requirements gathering and over-all solution architecture. This team of consultants also may act as an interface between the client and the offshore team.

Offshore Delivery Centers in China
Safesoft has highly qualified professionals who work closely with our onshore team to handle construction of the physical part of the project, including detailed design, coding and testing of the project.

Safesoft Service Execution Model (SafeSEM)

SSi Service Execution Model covers Staff Augmentation and Global Delivery model. Resource allocation varies according to different models.

Safesoft's Service Execution Model (SafeSEM) is based on two service models - Staff Augmentation and Global Delivery.

On a Staff Augmentation model, Safesoft provisions experienced resources on an as-needed basis - business/functional consultants would help the client on strategy, planning and requirements definition; when requirements/scope are defined, technical architects will start to do the architectural design, which would be then the guidance and basis for developers/DBAs/System Administrators to conduct development, configuration, deployment and support.

On the Global Delivery model, Safesoft will leverage its onsite/onshore and offshore resources, and use the Safesoft Service Transition Model (SafeSTM) to delivery the required services.
