He shared his experiences in starting business in Taicang, a beautiful small town in south China, where he believes is the best place for outsourcing companies to build their delivery centers.

Taicang is adjacent to Shanghai, therefore it can take full advantage of the Shanghai economic climate and transportation networks, which is also very important to outsourcing companies. Unlike high human resources costs in big cities like Shanghai and Beijing, Taicang also enjoys a comparatively lower cost in setting up businesses. Besides the physical advantages, services provided by every Taicang governmental offices are fast and comprehensive. Conclusions can be drew from all of these reasons that Taicang is one of the most suitable cities for outsourcing companies.
