To make it a better place for service outsourcing industry, Taicang government invests great endeavor on talent training, IP protection and other aspects of service outsourcing.

Aiming at providing rich human resources for software outsourcing industry, Taicang has spent great time and effort on personnel training. The training of the talent in shortage can apply for specific subsidy from municipal talent development fund.

In order to establish a good development environment of service outsourcing industry, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) court is set up on July 4th in Taicang. With a high level judge group this court will ensure the security of IPR of the outsourcing companies in Taicang.

Since the beginning of this year, Taicang has organized professional investment promotion group, specialized personnel training, and special study visit and released implementation details. It also focuses on the construction of Software Park and Technology Park.
