On August 11th, 2008 a meeting about SSi recruitment was held by the government. Officials of related departments and Brian You, CEO of SSi attended this meeting. Sine the decoration and facilities construction of the workplace were almost finished with the help from local government, SSi will focus on recruiting. SSi planned to have 30 FTEs by the end of August, and 100 FTEs at the end of this year. Having said that, SSi encountered some difficulties in Hukou, social insurance and labor contract. The government promised to give support in resolving these problems and in recruitment. SSi will work with Personnel Bureau to prepare for recruitment in Xi'an, Wuhan and Chengdu so that it can ensure its business progress.
